A sarcophagus containing the remains of Nepka, an Egyptian high priest, is being transported to New York by Phileas Fogg for his old schoolmate, Professor Alexander Douglas, and an unusual woman, Adriana Locke. It becomes clear that Phileas has fallen under the spell of Adriana when he shows no interest in the mysterious deaths surrounding the sarcophagus. Jules, Rebecca, and Passepartout investigate, discover Adriana's evil intent, and defeat her purely. (source: tv.com)

It follows the theory that Jules Verne did not merely write the stories behind his famous science fiction classic books but actually experienced these adventures personally. A total of 22 episodes were made.
