Episode11 from the Canadian sci-fi/drama television series "Psi Factor - Chronicles of the Paranormal" which aired for 88 episodes from 1996 to 2000. It features dramatic stories said to be inspired by the paranormal investigations of the "Office of Scientific Investigation and Research" (O.S.I.R.), a private agency which conducts scientific investigation, research and experimentation in all fields of science.
