Detective Crabtree and Detective Murdoch investigate the mysterious and unexplained deaths of seven local Egyptologists. The discovery of an empty sarcophagus leads them to believe a Mummy is loose on the streets of Toronto.

Exclusive 13-part online series created as an extension of the fourth season of "Murdoch Mysteries" on "Murdoch Mysteries" follows the adventures of eccentric detective William Murdoch working in Toronto in the 1890s. Based on a series of novels by Maureen Jennings. The web series "Curse of the Lost Pharaohs" featuring the stars of the original series and brings to life Constable George Crabtree's first novel "The Curse of the Lost Pharaohs" as a hybrid combination of live-action video and animation. In each installment, Crabtree must work alongside Detective Murdoch, Julia Ogden and Inspector Brackenreid to battle mummies and evil villains in a valiant attempt to save the Queen of England and - in turn - the world.
