A soccer stadium found near an old pyramid could be the sign that soccer was invented by the ancient Egyptians. The Hurricanes team opponent Stavros Garkos wants to steal the artifacts from the site because he believes that soccer was actually invented by the Ancient Greeks.
Episode from the animated television series "Hurricanes" about a fictional soccer team called the Hurricanes. In each episode they are either battling a renegade soccer league, The Gorgons managed by Stavros Garkos, or are having adventures off the field in many exotic world touring locations. The series ran for 63 episodes between 1993 and 1997.
