An Egyptian looking pyramid suddenly appears in a disputed area of Turmezistan where the Chinese, Russian and American armies are about to clash. However, the Pyramid is not Egyptian, but a spaceship belonging to the alien zombie Monks. The Monks offer humanity to stop a pending cataclysmic disaster only if they "consent". The Doctor warns this consent, if given, would have unknown but everlasting consequences. He discovers that the pending disaster may not be a military clash, but that the real danger to the world lies in a biological lab somewhere in Yorkshire.
Episode seven from the tenth series of the British science fiction television series "Doctor Who", following the adventures of a time-travelling humanoid alien known as the Doctor. Though the appearance of a Giza-style Egyptian pyramid at the beginning of the episode looks promising, it turns out to be an alien spaceship... no surprise there. There are no other Egyptian elements or references in this episode.
